Than, you for visiting and shopping at DTG Connection’s store for direct-to-garment related ink, cleaning supplies and accessories. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are submitted before 12 PM-Noon (Pacific Time) are processed and shipped out same business day (Monday – Friday). Orders submitted after 12 PM-Noon PM will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If for any reason we are unable to ship products on same day, a representative will contact you via email or telephone with a revised ETA.
We can only accept and ship to addresses in the United States. International orders cannot be supported at this time.
Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will depend on shipping location, weights and dimensions of items ordered. Below is an example based on a full set of ink for the Ri 1000 printer shipping to California.
